All dogs boarding will need a trial night to ensure they are happy and comfortable. Doggy’s and their owners will need to be registered on my client portal and have signed relevant documentation including a client/customer contract.
I understand things happen and plans an change at short notice however a deposits are required for stays at The Dog House to secure your dog’s place. Any cancellation within 48 hours will not be returned. For cancellations with more that 48 hours notice the deposit will be moved to next booking.

Zero Aggression is tolerated, dogs must be socialised very well.

Up to date on all vaccinations required by law.
03.
All dogs over a year must be neutered or spayed.
